Qualifications and experience

I specialise in tourism, wine, scuba and literary translations but also do general business texts. I have 16 years' experience in the UK wine trade, 14 years' experience in the Scottish tourism industry, 10 years' experience as a copywriter and 10 years' experience as a recreational scuba diver, and have translated 8 books to date, ranging from memoirs to children's fables. I hold the WSET Diploma in Wines and Spirits, and a BSc (Hons) majoring in Environmental Studies and an MA in Translation, both from the Open University.
