I help people and companies working in the tourism sector take their ideas in Spanish and translate them to English for American travelers so their message will reach as many people as possible.
For the past several years, I’ve been translating and interpreting in various volunteer and personal roles. I’ve worked with an international educational travel company translating special projects, and I currently volunteer with a US-based immigration advocacy nonprofit translating legal documents. I also have experience translating citizenship documents for USCIS.
Being able to connect people has been so rewarding that I decided to focus on written Spanish to English translation as a full-time freelancer. I recently completed and achieved a Certificate of Spanish-English Translation from the University of Massachusetts Boston and have a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language from the University of Colorado.
Years of experience, enthusiasm to take on new challenges, flexibility, and great time management and organizational skills, combined with a deep understanding of translation theory and linguistics, help me to get your message across.
