I translate across disciplines within the humanities and social sciences, with a particular emphasis on education, anthropology, psychology, linguistics, and music. I hold university degrees or professional qualifications in each of these named disciplines. Although I am currently based in Canada, I spent many years living in Italy while travelling throughout the Mediterranean. Over time, I have become acquainted with six major Romance languages, which have become an endless source of fascination as well as of translation work.
