Chartered Institute of Linguist certified Spanish to English translator since 2010, specialising in environmental sustainability and ethical fashion.
I have experience translating for the fashion industry, particularly focusing on a cleaner, greener future for fashion and the sustainable development goals. This includes environmental sustainability reports, campaigns, product descriptions, supplier and manufacturing information, clothing collections and website promotions.
With a professional background in marketing and communications for environmental NGOs, I also translate for the sustainable tourism and renewable energy sector, which involves localising content for websites and social media and translating blogs, policies and promotional documents.
My other area of specialisation is bilingual transcription and subtitling. I have experience subtitling and captioning documentaries, film and drama/entertainment series for TV production companies and online streaming services. This includes closed-captions for corporate training and advertising videos.
