Registration will open in late May; the first week will be reserved for members. Please note that during the members-only registration period the membership form will be inaccessible.

What the conference fee includes

  • Conference (Friday afternoon and all day Saturday)
  • Friday evening reception (at conference venue)
  • Saturday buffet lunch (at conference venue)
  • Saturday closing dinner at Hotel Montblanc (see menu)
  • Coffee breaks during the conference
  • Some off-METM activities

Workshops

Workshops are not included in the conference fee. Conference attendees can register for a workshop on Thursday afternoon, Friday morning or both. A coffee break is included in the fee.

Options

Friday evening reception guest: €30
Closing dinner guest: €65
Closing dinner opt-out*: €50 reduction
*There is no opt-out for the Friday reception or Saturday lunch.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend for unforeseen reasons, please write to our treasurer, Jacqueline Lamb. The cancellation fee will be €40 until 31 July, €70 until 31 August, and €150 until 30 September. No refunds will be processed after that date.
