About MiRoR

MiRoR is an innovative joint doctoral training programme dedicated to methods in research on research in the field of clinical research.

MiRoR Methods in Research on ResearchResearch on research is an emerging scientific discipline aimed at reducing waste in research and increasing research value. Tens of billions of euros are wasted each year on studies that are redundant, flawed in design, never published or poorly reported. Reducing waste and increasing the value of research therefore represents a major societal challenge.

Editors and translators can help improve the quality of research reports and the trustworthiness and value of findings. By participating in METM19, MiRoR aims to expand the dialogue on reducing waste in research and engage with an audience whose work has a direct impact on the value of research itself. MiRoR is funded by Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions.
