  • Researching health communication in collaboration with a research group at Semmelweis University's Institute of Languages for Specific Purposes
  • Researched comprehensibility and cross-cultural adaptation of multilingual health communication texts for the thesis, which was successfully defended in October 2023. Focused on writer-reader relationship and technicality of vocabulary in English, Spanish, and Catalan translated and non-translated texts
  • Researcher-in-training until 2024, now Collaborator in research group GEDIT, which forms a part of TraDiLex
    • Contributed to group research project Mufitav/Trafilm. Emphasized the treatment of a third language in the process of subtitling from the source language to multiple target languages

    • Consultant for research project UNIVAC, which assessed current accessibility for students and researchers with auditory and visual disabilities at Spanish universities

    • Collaborating with a TraDiLex colleague on research focusing on methodology for teaching EFL for deaf and hard of hearing

    • Managed the development of the TraDiLex website and maintains the GEDIT website

    • Developed project management skills by, for example, acquiring and organizing resources, including software for qualitative and mixed analyses (CAQDAS, e.g., MAXQDA) and statistical analysis (R and SPSS)

    • Gained grant writing experience. Was selected as recipient for the AGAUR-FI grant three times, and for the Joan Oró pre/postdoc grant
