Sandra Lustig is a freelance translator, interpreter and editor with almost two decades of experience. Her work focuses on the social sciences, sustainable development, academia and the arts. In this hands-on session, Sandra will share her approach to managing team projects, from evaluating whether a project is suitable, assembling a team, preparing a successful bid and assigning work, right through to legal issues and troubleshooting.
