METM12 venue announced24-10-2011The venue for the 2012 MET Meeting was announced at the 2011 General Assembly, held on Saturday, 22 October. The conference will be held at the Cultural Center Don Orione Artigianelli in Venice. A former orphanage, boarding school and students' residence, the centre is now a “House of Hospitality and Conference Centreâ€. It is located on the Giudecca Canal and has accommodation for up to 120 people. Further details will be posted on the fledgling METM12 page as they become available. |
