Registration will open in late May; the first week will be reserved for members. Please note that during the members-only registration period the membership form will be inaccessible.

What the conference fee includes

  • Conference sessions (Friday afternoon and all day Saturday)
  • Saturday buffet lunch at the venue (no opt-out and no guests)
  • Saturday buffet dinner at the venue (no opt-out and no guests)
  • Coffee breaks during the conference
  • Some off-METM activities
Note: this year there is no Friday evening reception.

Workshops

Workshops are not included in the conference fee. Conference attendees can register for a workshop on Thursday afternoon, Friday morning or both. A coffee break is included for workshop participants.

There will be no Saturday dinner opt-out or Friday evening reception. We won't be able to accommodate attendees' guests at the Saturday dinner, but they are welcome to join us at the Wednesday pre-dinner drinks, a dedicated off-METM table on Friday evening (sign-up required) and the walk on Sunday morning.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend for unforeseen reasons, please write to our treasurer, Jacqueline Lamb. The cancellation fee will be €40 until 31 July, €70 until 31 August, and €150 until 30 September. No refunds will be processed after that date. Workshop cancellations only will be subject to a €10 cancellation fee.
