Getting to Perugia

By train

Perugia can be reached by train from various Italian cities. Book tickets on Trenitalia.

The main station is “Perugia Fontivegge” (often listed as just “Perugia”).

There are several ways to reach the venue. The fastest is by taxi (the taxi stand is outside the station and available 24/7). Use the InTaxi app to call a taxi from anywhere. Bus lines C, B, P, and TS take you to the venue in approximately 10 minutes. Alternatively, take the Minimetrò, which is just a 3-minute walk from the station. Follow the footpath directly from platform 1. It’s one stop to the venue (Case Bruciate) followed by a 10-minute walk.

See Getting around for more information.

By coach

FlixBus operates bus links from various Italian and European destinations. The main bus station (Piazza Partigiani) is a short bus or taxi ride from the venue.

By car

The conference venue has free parking.

The old town has traffic restrictions. If you’re staying in the old town, contact your hotel in advance to ask for a permit.

If you’re staying outside the old town, there are several car parks accessible via lifts or escalators.
